My goal is to give my clients the self-knowledge to know when they are out of balance and the tools to bring them back in to balance before the imbalance turns to a disease.
What to expect:
Because I have a holistic approach, my consultations are very in-depth and tailored to your personal condition. The first consultation will mostly be information gathering about your diet, lifestyle, and health history. We will also discuss what your goals are for coming to see me. The initial consultation will take about 2 hours.
The second consultation will be about a week later. It will take about 45 minutes. I will give you some goals to work towards and explain the reasons behind them. Since it is efficacious to work with about three goals at a time, I recommend a minimum of four additional consultations four to six weeks apart each after that. It takes time to establish a new habit and mindset. Change is a process, not an event.
Before the first consultation, I will be sending you a three-day food diary to fill out. I will also be requesting any blood work or medical information you have, either from your GP or any practitioners or specialists you have been seeing in the last three years.
I am also a Reiki Master and I find Reiki treatments to be beneficial for any condition. But of course, it is up to you whether you would like to include a Reiki treatment with your consultations.

I will address not only what you eat, but also your sleep, lifestyle, and stress as they all impact your wellness.
Moving Towards Vitality & joy
Unfortunately, we don’t tend to seek help unless we have a problem. It is important to remember that we don’t have to be unwell to seek a sense of well-being. The absence of illness does not necessarily mean we are at our optimum state of health. There can be a long way on the continuum from not being sick to feeling vital.
We tend to live with being tired a lot of the time, experiencing headaches and/or other aches and pains, and/or we could just feel something is not right. These things are usually not serious enough to get a diagnosis but can create illness over time. They also lower quality of life.
We can always improve our overall sense of well-being and move towards vitality and joy no matter where we are on that continuum. Now is the time to get the support you need.

Identify and minimise imbalances
Our bodies give us clues and signals all the time. But most of us tend to ignore them and often take medications or self-medicate to get by. Almost all illnesses, especially chronic ones, are due to imbalances over long periods of time. Stress is a major factor in causing these imbalances.
Stress can be from body, mind, or spirt, and it can be real or perceived. Chronic stress leads to dysregulation and imbalance which lead to disease.
We will work together to help you identify triggers or stressors such as foods you may be sensitive to (and are unaware of), allergens (environmental, plants, and animals), and/or chronic stress. We will then explore ways to lighten the load on your body and mind. We enable our body to heal when we are at ease.
Breaking free of old habits
One cannot treat the body without understanding the mind and vice-versa. In fact, we cannot achieve wholeness if we just work on the body and neglect the mind. A healthy mind is a precedent for a healthy body. I would even go so far to say that a healthy mind helps create a healthy body. While we work on tools to help you deal with stress, I recommend having Reiki sessions along with the consultations for maximum benefit.
It is necessary to come in with an open mind and a willingness to change. We often let our habits run our day even though they may not serve us or may even be causing us harm.
When we take care of ourselves, it benefits not only us, but everyone we come into contact with, especially our loved ones.
